1. Introduction

CLVRBRIDGE, LLC ("CLVRBRIDGE," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our Services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Client Information

  • Company name
  • Contact name and title
  • Email address
  • Wallet addresses (for routing purposes)
  • API usage data
  • Trade volume and transaction metadata

2.2 Information We Do NOT Collect

  • End-user personal information (names, addresses, government IDs)
  • End-user KYC/AML data
  • Private keys or seed phrases
  • End-user funds or assets
  • Browser fingerprinting or tracking data beyond session cookies

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide routing services and execute trades
  • To improve provider selection and routing algorithms
  • To generate revenue reports and analytics for Clients
  • To communicate service updates, invoices, and support
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or share Client data with third parties except:

  • Provider APIs: Trade data is shared with liquidity providers (Kraken, Gemini, OKX, Coinify, KuCoin, HTX, LI.FI, 0x, etc.) solely to execute trades
  • Service Providers: Infrastructure providers (Supabase, Stripe) process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or government request

5. Data Storage and Security

  • Data is stored on Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit
  • API keys are hashed and never stored in plaintext
  • Access to Client data is restricted to authorized CLVRBRIDGE personnel
  • We maintain industry-standard security practices including regular audits

6. Data Retention

  • Client data is retained for the duration of a specified plan agreement plus 12 months
  • Upon termination, data is deleted within 90 days unless otherwise required by law
  • Clients may request earlier deletion by emailing support@clvrbridge.com

7. Client Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent (where applicable)

8. End-User Data

CLVRBRIDGE does not have a direct relationship with your end users. If you are an end user of a CLVRBRIDGE Client, please contact that Client directly for privacy inquiries.

9. Cookies

Our dashboard uses session cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

10. International Data Transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email.
