Built for the regulatory reality.
CLVRBRIDGE is designed to reduce your compliance surface area while increasing your revenue. Here's how we do it.
Our Model — Non-Custodial
CLVRBRIDGE is a non-custodial routing layer. Funds flow directly from the wallet's end user to the winning liquidity provider. At no point does CLVRBRIDGE hold, control, transmit, or have access to user assets.
- We never custody funds — not for a second, not in transit, not in escrow.
- We never control private keys — the wallet and the end user retain full control.
- We never transmit assets — the trade executes directly between the user and the provider.
- This structure creates zero new custody obligations for our wallet clients.
KYC Pass-ThroughComing Soon
We maintain a registry of each provider's KYC requirements and map them to your wallet's existing verification process. Your users verify once. We relay that verification to the winning provider — no re-verification, no new KYC flow, no user drop-off.
- Your wallet performs KYC on your users — you retain full KYC/AML responsibility.
- CLVRBRIDGE maps your verification data to each provider's requirements.
- For compatible providers, KYC is relayed automatically — the user never sees a second verification screen.
- For providers that require their own flow, we flag it before routing — you decide whether to route there.
- All relays are logged in an immutable audit trail for compliance review.
Provider Due Diligence
We continuously monitor all 34 integrated providers. If a provider fails our standards, they are removed from the routing engine — automatically and immediately.
- License verification: We check that each provider holds active licenses in their operating jurisdictions.
- Sanctions screening: We monitor OFAC, EU, and UN sanctions lists for provider exposure.
- Regulatory actions: We track enforcement actions, fines, and license revocations.
- Geographic restrictions: We update routing rules when providers change their country coverage.
- Providers that fail ongoing checks are removed. Your wallet inherits the benefit of this monitoring without additional compliance overhead.
Data Privacy
CLVRBRIDGE is designed to minimize data exposure. We collect only what is necessary to route trades — and nothing more.
- We do not store end-user personally identifiable information (PII).
- We do not track user behavior across wallets or providers.
- We do not custody funds — we never have access to user assets.
- KYC data is relayed, not retained. Once a relay is complete, the data passes through — we don't warehouse it.
- All KYC relays are protected by an immutable audit trail with cryptographic integrity verification.

Business Continuity
With 34 providers across four categories — exchanges, on/off-ramps, P2P markets, and DEX aggregators — there is no single point of failure in the CLVRBRIDGE routing engine.
- If one provider experiences downtime, routing continues automatically through the next best provider.
- If a provider is sanctioned or loses its license, it is removed from the engine without disrupting your users.
- If a provider raises fees, the routing engine shifts volume to more competitive alternatives.
- Your users never see an error screen. Trading continues. Revenue keeps flowing.
